Questa elaborazione nasce al ristorante Duemilaotto dove i proprietari, veri e propri buongustai della gastronomia e soprattutto professionisti dell’interior design intuiscono per primi il concetto di creare un vero cocktail restaurant nel capoluogo viterbese.

Artemisia Absinthe 68% ABV : Bohemian’s Elixir – Bevanda a base di Artemisia contenente Tujone. Ricetta originale dell’Assenzio francese del 1800, produzione limitata e assolutamente artigianale, con l’utilizzo della pianta all’interno della bottiglia.
Artemisia Coffee Absinthe 35% ABV: Elisir of Passion – Assenzio al caffè arabico: riflette la tradizione e gli stessi processi di lavorazione della ricetta originale dell’Assenzio svizzero della fine del 1700. Sapore di anice e liquirizia combinati con il caffè. Produzione limitata e assolutamente artigianale.
Artemisia Spicy Hot Choccolate Absinthe 30% ABV - Elixir of Love – Assenzio al cioccolato piccante: e’ una primizia per buongustai basata sulla miscelazione del cioccolato con l’infusione dell’Assenzio. Perfetto per elaborazioni di cocktails grazie ai suoi aromi di arance di Sicilia e peperoncino rosso calabrese.
Artemisia Spice Hot Choccolates Absinthe 300 gr. – Momento di sublime piacere che raggiunge la massima intensità quando inizia a sciogliersi in bocca, ed arriva alle papille gustative nella forma amara data dall’Artemisia Absinthium, e in quella dolce conferitagli dalle arance siciliane e dal peperoncino rosso calabrese.
